New Camera Cord = More Pics!!

Alrighty, I feel like I have to update with a million pictures, but blogspot will only let me do 5. So I picked 5 of the cutest ones.

First, Milo felt left out because he wasn't a part of the Christmas cards. So, I just had to post one of him. He actually likes getting his picture taken.

This would be the beginning of last weekend (1st weekend with Grandma!) All dressed up in our cow outfit. Isn't it the cutest!
This one is what Mommy and Daddy were doing while Malakai was at Grandma's. One of our great friends got married and we were honored to be the Master and Mistress of Ceremonies. The wedding was at Fredrick Meyer Garden. Nothing short of beautiful.

Santa was in town this weekend. We actually got him to look at the camera. He wouldn't smile, but this is good enough for 6 weeks. They said the smallest baby they had was 2 1/2 weeks. Who takes that small of a baby out to the mall??
Well, we hope you enjoyed an update from the past couple weeks. Now that we have a camera cord we can post more pictures!! He is getting bigger by the day, it is crazy. This is our final picture. Nice a full and time for a nap!
Have a great day and God Bless!

More about Hair!!

Ever since the moment I entered into my hospital room after having Malakai, the main question has been... Will he have your red hair?

Jodi has been watching Malakai all weekend because Eric and I were Master and Mistress of Ceremonies in one of our good friend's wedding. Today is the first time I have seen him since Saturday and let me tell you what. We finally have an answer to the question.

I really wish I could post a picture but our stupid dog at our cord, so you'll just have to take my word on it!!

He is going to have red hair!!

Right now it is still a little darker than mine, which is okay. It will be interesting to see if it does get any lighter. Who knows it could end up being more of a strawberry blond instead.

He still has his really big forehead (from my previous post). I'm hoping some will start growing in in the next week or so. Having hair for Christmas would be nice!!

Have a great day and God Bless!

Balding...

Balding is something you would expect when you become a mature age. Well, I guess everyone's definition of a mature age is different. Honestly, I don't know anyone who's definition is not even 2 months old! Little Malakai is starting to go bald. He had dry skin on his head the other day before I gave him a bath. So while he was in the bath I just made sure I rubbed his head a little more to try and get the extra skin off. Well, later that night, I noticed that he lost his hair where I had rubbed longer.
I was really happy that I had a baby with a full head of hair! I guess I could always look at it as, maybe it will grow back RED!!! How exciting!
He is still gaining weight and is now starting to smile more.
Unfortunately, Milo has started to get more jealous. He has started to chew on a lot of random things. One of those things would be our camera cord! So, we have no way to get the pictures from our camera onto the computer and every time I'm out I forget to get a new one. So, when I remember to get a new one, I will post more pictures. Sorry everyone :(
Have a great day and God Bless!
