Wow!!

Holy Cow!!!
The baby kicked me!!! I'm sure a month down the road I won't be so excited, but it was amazing. Now I just have to get the baby to kick Eric.
This weekend I thought I felt something funny and I told Eric that I thought that I could feel the baby, but I wasn't sure. I really didn't know what I was supposed to feel. Well, today I felt the same feeling like 3 times right in a row. So, I pushed my finger into my tummy and held it there. Then the baby kicked it!!!!! So exciting!!!!!
Anyway, Have a great night!!

??

Alright! Eric and I have decided that we are not going to find out the sex of the baby. Personally, I feel that I need to find out and Eric really wants to wait. Since there aren't any medical problems, we don't need another ultrasound and the insurance won't pay for another one. I don't know how much it would cost, but the same thing could just happen all over again. So I guess we will all have to wait another 20 weeks (don't worry, it will fly by). We are also not disclosing what the 85% is, that is going to be our little secret for the next 20 as well!
Have a great night everyone!

He/She

So...
Thought for sure we would know...
The sticken thing had its legs crossed!!!!!
They are 85% sure on one sex, but who can go by that?
Other than that, the ultrasound went okay. I ended up drinking roughly 40 ounces of water (a huge miscalculation on my part) and having to wait in the office an extra 15 minutes! I was pretty positive I was going to pee my pants. Once we got in there, it was great. It is amazing being able to see your baby. I really didn't know what to think at first, it was amazing. I have a few of the ultrasound pictures loaded!
If you look closely at the nose, it looks a lot like the little nose that Eric had when he was a baby.
This one is of its spine.Alright, so that is all we got! I really wish we knew for sure if it was a girl or a boy, but I guess we'll have to pray that we can schedule another ultrasound!! Otherwise, I will have to settle for green and yellow (blah!). We did see that it has all of it's limbs, so there is a positive!!
Have a great night!

The Big Day!!

Alright!! Tomorrow is the big day. I really pray that we will be able to tell if the baby is a boy or a girl. I am really excited just to see the baby though, I really think it will make things feel really real. I will post undisclosing pictures of the ultrasound tomorrow, I'm assuming we will get some pics right away, if we don't then I will post them when I get them. Don't worry, I will drink my 25 gallons of water in an hour so we can get really good pictures!!
Well that is all for now, have a great night!

Mr. Milo

Hey everyone! Well this weekend has been bittersweet! On Friday, Grace bit someone. Eric and I were planning on putting her in obedience training, but this really just put us over the edge. She has never done this before and it really scared me. Overall she is nothing short of a wonderful dog, and thank God she didn't draw blood! After discussing our options, we decided it would be best to get rid of her. So we listed her today on a website, hoping to find a new wonderful home, out in the country and with people that can give her the attention she really needs. This has been really hard because she is like my kid.
The sweet part of the weekend. Yesterday, my wonderful husband drove me to Angola, Indiana to pick up a new puppy! We ended up getting a much calmer, smaller dog. He is a Cockapoo, so he doesn't shed at all. Which not shedding will also make keeping my house clean easier. He will only get to be 15-20 pounds, which will be perfect for us, the baby and our house.

Weird Dreams

Hey Everyone!
Wow, lately I have been having some really weird dreams. Eric and I really really want to have a boy. Well, in all of my dreams, someway or another, we end up having a girl. The first one the doctor said it was a boy in the ultrasound, but then we it was born it was a girl. I woke up crying. I was so upset because in my dream we had everything ready for a boy and then we had to redo it all for a girl. Which in real life, I would be upset, but I do realize that this happens. In another dream the ultrasound just said it was a girl. So we just came home and just started looking at girl names.
Right now we both really want a boy, but if we go on Thursday and it ends up being a girl, we will still be excited. I just think it is really weird that I started having dreams about it. I didn't think I was thinking about it that much but I guess I really am. I really just want to know what it is and I am excited to start saying he or she and being right. Not walking around referring to my baby as it or the little one.
So anyway, I just found the dreams to be interesting.
Have a great day everyone!!

The Results Are In!

Alright. Well, apparently I have no problem with my gallbladder. Which is nothing short of awesome news. The doctor is thinking that the baby is in a weird position and pushing things upward and pinching a nerve. This is the assumption they are using for now, which is fine with me. I just have to deal with the random pain. If the pain gets worse then they are going to do further testing. I am very thankful that I don't have to have surgery, it is a load lifted off my shoulders. One week from Thursday we get to see the baby!!! Well via ultrasound, but I really can't wait. Anyway, that is all for now!
Have a great day.
