Baby Names

Hey everyone!
One week from today and we get to hear the heartbeat!!! So exciting! I honestly can't wait until we find out the sex (yes we are finding out early). I am convienced that it is going to be a boy. I really have no basis behind it, just the fact that we only have a boys named 100% fully picked out and I have an odd craving for bacon, which is what my mother had when she was pregnant with one of my younger brothers. We have decided on Malakai James. That is the only name that we could both decide on. If for some random reason it is a girl I cannot decided between: Isabella, Hannah, and Kennedy. All with the middle name of Louise. Eric really loves the name Trinity Louise. We still have a long time to decide, but it's just one of those things that you think of. So roughly 9 more weeks and we will know if it is a boy or a girl. I really do want it to be a boy, why, I don't know.

Still Sick

Hey Everyone!
So apparently the vitamins only work for a little while. This past week I have been sicker than ever. I feel horrible for Eric, as you can see in the picture he added, I can not be a happy camper at times. Most of the time I'm good, but at night when I'm tired and sick, it's just not a good combination. Monday I have to call the doctor and see if he will give me a different vitamin. At the appointment he said that if these didn't work, then to call. Well honestly, they worked awesome for like two weeks. I would only feel a little sick in the morning, but I can handle that. Now at night it's like I have to try and fall asleep before I get sick again.
On a better note, in two weeks I will be all done with school. It's going to be really exciting. My grandparents are coming home from Florida on the 20th. The 21st we get to hear the baby's heart beat. The 24th Grandma Barbie is coming to town and I have my final class. Then on the 27th I graduate. What a great and busy week.

Brenham Jay

Hey Everyone!
This post has absolutely nothing to do with my little baby.
A girl that I know from highschool was due in July. Unfortuantely, on February 29, her little baby boy, Brenham Jay, was born. He only lived for 3 minutes before he went to live with our Father in Heaven. This is her blog http://whenhellomeansgoodbye.blogspot.com/ and it tells the whole story. Now not only did she just loose her baby, she is having kidney problems. If everyone could pray for her and her family, it would be absolutely wonderful!

1st Actual Doctor's Appointment

Monday, we had our first doctor's appointment. Everything is going fine! My doctor gave me a new vitamin, and it is suppose to help with the nausea. So far, it really works. Since I haven't been sick, this week has been wonderful!
Our next appointment is on Monday, April 21. I really can't wait because we get to hear the heart beat!!! It's going to be really exciting.
Other than that nothing has really changed. My clothes are starting to get tight and uncomfortable. Black stretchy pants are becoming my new friend!

Sick Sick Sick

The past couple weeks have been tough! I really started getting sick. 7up is my new best friend!! I think I'm pretty much over it, the past couple days went well. So I pray that I've seen the worst of the sickness.
Not much has really happened besides that. We did have our first doctor appointment on Thursday. It was pretty much just an informational meeting. They did take my blood, but that was the extent of it. Monday is our first appointment with the actual doctor. I'm looking forward to that one. We'll find out for sure how far along I am. Right now they are putting me due early November!!
Other than those little tid bits, there isn't much happening.

What a week!

Wow! Thankfully, this week flew by. It really was a hard week, I didn't have school, but it just felt like I was so busy. I have been trying to slow it down a little bit and trying to reduce some stress, but it just seems like the slower I want to go, the faster everything is. Overall it really was a wonderful week, I am more tired than I normally would be and at times I am just down right exhausted. This will come to pass, I am sure.

We made our first doctor's appointment! It is March 13, the nurse said it was just an educational appointment. I really don't know what that means, but Eric is coming to all of them with me, so that will make things a little easier.

I started reading this book called A Mom After God's Own Heart: 10 Ways to Love Your Children. I finished the first two chapters already and I must say it is very good so far. I really can't wait until the end and to see how much I will learn from this. I think my next book should be something on like changing diapers though. I really don't know anything about babies!! So this will be an interesting adventure.
